Ms. Flores has 25+ years experience as a specialty Nail Tech Instructor. Her teaching style was developed in South Texas, where design plays a major role in the culture. Flores Institute of Nail Design is located in Mesa, AZ. This school teaches its students the fundamentals of being a nail tech and how to master the skills needed to excel creativity in all aspects of nail art.
